Hunts Point is a community in King County, Washington, United States. It is included in the Seattle metropolitan area. The municipality is located on a small peninsula surrounded by Lake Washington and is close to the suburbs of Medina (southwest), Clyde Hill (south), Yarrow Point (on another peninsula to the east), and Kirkland (to the northeast), as well as the city of Bellevue (to the east). The town has a total population of 394 residents as of the 2010 census.

Hunts Point is located at 47°38′12′′N 122°13′50′′W (47°38′12′′N 122°13′50′′W = 47°38′12′′N 122°13 (47.636754, -122.230598). The town has a total area of 0.30 square miles (0.78 km2), of which 0.29 square miles (0.75 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water, according to the United States Census Bureau.

The town has a population of 394 people, 151 households, and 124 families as of the 2010 census. There were 1,358.6 persons per square mile (524.6 inhabitants per km2). There were 181 dwelling units at an average density of 624.1 dwelling units per square mile (241.0 dwelling units per km2). The town was composed of 80.2 percent White residents, 1.3 percent African Americans, 0.5 percent Native Americans, 10.9 percent Asian residents, and 7.1 percent of residents who identified as having two or more races. Hispanic or Latino people of any race made up 0.5 percent of the population.

31.1 percent of the 151 households had children under the age of 18, 74.8 percent were married couples, 4.0 percent had a female householder without a husband, 3.3 percent had a male householder without a wife, and 17.9 percent were non-families. 16.6 percent of households were headed by a single person, while 10.6 percent were headed by a senior citizen. The typical household included 2.61 people and the average family contained 2.90.

The town’s median age was 49.5 years. Residents ranged in age from 18 to 65: 23.1 percent were under the age of 18; 5.8 percent were between the ages of 18 and 24; 15.2 percent were between the ages of 25 and 44; 31.4 percent were between the ages of 45 and 64; 24.4 percent were 65 or older.
