Black Diamond is a city in the United States of America’s King County. At the 2010 census, the population was 4,151. On February 19, 1959, Black Diamond was incorporated. The town’s population expansion in the late twentieth century was primarily due to commuters working in Bellevue, Seattle, and suburban centers within the Seattle Metro Area.

The City of Black Diamond has a total area of about 6.66 square miles (17.25 km2), of which 6.02 square miles (15.59 km2) is land while the other 0.64 square miles (1.66 km2) is water, as per the United States Census Bureau.

The city’s median age was 40.4 years. 25.2 percent of people were under the age of 18; 7% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 25.7 percent were between the ages of 25 and 44; 32.1 percent were between the ages of 45 and 64, and 10% were 65 years or older.
